Details: If all the tokens allocated for WL sale get sold out, we wanted few more of the members who came in late and missed out on the WL, have a chance to get $JEM 💎 through FCFS. This allocation includes 562.5 $JEM 💎 plus any tokens that weren’t sold in the presale.

Liquidity Provision
Allocation: 17.5% (787.5 $JEM 💎)
Rate: 1.5 $JEM 💎 per 1 ETH
Details: Half of our proceeds (525 ETH) are deposited with 787.5 $JEM 💎 on $JEM UniSwap V2 liquidity pool. The token pair will be deposited at a 1.5 $JEM 💎 per 1 ETH ratio. If we hit beyond our target cap, we will provide liquidity at the same 50:50 rate.

🚗 Chronology of Events

Friday 12 pm ET — 200 WL spots are made available through an open form on a first come, first serve basis at 12 pm Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, October 30th.
Saturday 6 am ET — All meme contest winners (100), Game devs, designers, mods, etc (50) announced and WL addresses updated at https://t.me/itchiropresale.
Saturday 12 pm ET — Presale starts at 12 pm Eastern Time (ET) on Saturday, October 31st, where whitelisted addresses are able to send up to 3 ETH to the presale contract. Rate is 3 $JEM 💎 tokens per 1 ETH. Happy halloween 🎃. Contributors have 24 hours to participate.
Sunday 12 pm ET — Presale ends at 12 pm Eastern Time (ET) on Sunday, November 1st. 562.5 $JEM 💎 plus any unsold tokens from the presale are made available for members to get at a first come, first serve basis (FCFS). Rate is 2.25 $JEM 💎 tokens per 1 ETH.
Sunday 12+t pm ET — After the remaining 562.5 $JEM 💎 (plus unsold presale tokens) are sold through FCFS, the team will inject 787.5 $JEM 💎 and 525 ETH onto to the UniSwap V2 $JEM/ETH pool to provide liquidity. Tokens will be paired and transferred at a 1.5 $JEM 💎 : 1 ETH ratio. Liquidity will be locked, txn hash provided on Telegram.

Does liquidity provision change depending on how much you raise?
No. If the raise is smaller than our 1,050 ETH target, we will still take half of the proceeds of the token sale and match it with $JEM 💎 from the “Liquidity Provision” allocation of the presale, and inject into the $JEM 💎/ ETH liquidity pool at the same 1.5 $JEM 💎 : 1 ETH rate.
